Hello there! My name is Makeda Davies, and I am an artist! I am an actor, performer, and singer who pushes storytelling to reimagine lives. I am committed to telling stories of all dynamic manifestations of humanity, and I'm especially compelled to tell stories of black queer joy and activism. I'm curious to work with other artists in finding out what this means as storytellers for so many people and I want to work with the challenge of telling the hard stories. I bring hard conversations as well as unyielding joy. I bring thrill, I bring a full heart, and I am just delighted to be here.
