About Maria Miguens

Maria Miguens is currently working as the Interim Production Manager at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Maria was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she completed her undergraduate studies. She started her career in theatre while working as a Production Manager in multiple independent theatre companies in Buenos Aires. She recently received an MFA in Stage Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she worked on many productions as a stage and production manager for dance, opera, theatre, as well as event management. Maria is very passionate about developing new works and looks forward to the possibility to keep doing this in the future. In her free time, Maria really enjoys playing tennis and learning to cook dishes from around the world.
